To become a General Manager in the movie theater business and provide a valuable service to all.

I have very strong customer service skills and can problem solve exceptionally well. I have trained my staff to be overall better employees while having fun and maintaining a healthy work environment.

Started out as a concession employee. Became Assistant Manager six months later in concession. Four months later became Senior Assistant of concessions where I still am today. Learned scheduling and concession ordering. Excelled in my assigned audit areas where we got one hundred percent. Our theatre as a whole got a score of ninety-one.

I am a certified food safety manager.

I have exemplary customer service skills. I am aware of per capitas and was in charge of maintaining consistent revenue while lowering CPC. I know how to create schedules for all operations. I know how to thread 35MM Projectors. I am currently learning how to construct show schedules. I have taken charge of training my staff to be the best that they can be while still providing a fun and great experience.

I wish to build on my managerial skills and to come up with new and innovative ideas for AMC while still providing a very comfortable, fun, And intuitive environment.

My salary requirement is $17/Hour.
